マシン構成やネットワーク構成などは、なるべく複雑にしないほうがいい。構成を複雑にしてしまうと、障害が発生したときに、切り分けを行うのが難しくなってしまうし、耐障害性が下がってしまう。できる限りシンプルに保つように構築することをおすすめしたい。もちろん、必要な機能追加が発生するということは、念頭に置いておく。つまり、シンプルにかつ柔軟にというのが大切。最初から複雑とか、身動きがとれないというのはいやだ。
